Copenhagen roaster Coffee Collective runs Rosslyn's London Wall café on 29 and 30 August.
Co-founders Klaus Thomsen and Casper Engel Rasmussen, the latter a former World Barista Champion, bring seasonal coffees and Danish BMO buns made with aged cheese, London bread, and Estate Dairy butter. Service runs from 8am to 3pm with no tickets needed.
