WatchHouse acquires five Orée bakery sites across London.
After Orée Boulangeries entered administration in April 2025, WatchHouse took over five of its London locations: Covent Garden, Borough Market, Parsons Green, St John's Wood, and Clapham. The sites will be rebranded as WatchHouse outlets over twelve months, adding to the chain's existing 19 London shops. WatchHouse also operates two New York cafés and has seven further UK sites in development.
