CAKE Architecture, which also designed the Millennium Bridge site, gave the 30-seat café a stainless steel espresso bar and dark blue quarry tiles. A rear alcove hosts guided tastings. Founder Roland Horne called Borough a long-standing home for food and craftsmanship.
