Rose Mann, who grew up on a farm in Terang, Victoria, opened the first café with Anthony Hood in June 2015, after finding little healthy food in Notting Hill. Benoit Marmoiton, formerly private chef to David and Victoria Beckham, oversaw the menu.
Coffee has come from The Roasting Party since that first café, and the rose latte adds rose water to it. Paddington and South Kensington cafés now sit alongside the original.
