Yared Markos started in Camden Canal Market while living in temporary accommodation, then moved to Gillett Square in 2008. The menu is vegan Ethiopian, with wot and alicha on injera baked from a family recipe, and coffee ceremonies are held on site.
The kiosk is a black shipping container clad in coffee-bean print panels. It serves through one hatch onto a raised wooden deck, where all the seating is.
