Andy and Nelly Wells launched The Fleet Street Press in 2013, then opened their own roastery in September 2019 after four years of slot roasting. Their Reforest espresso is a Colombian coffee from Forest Coffee in Tolima, whose Reforest Project aims to plant 5,000 native trees.
The roastery is a corrugated-steel unit on an industrial estate, with glass doors onto a brick-walled yard.
