Nathan and Ameeta Retzer opened a cafe in Oxford in 2012, then moved to Ameeta's hometown Birmingham in 2015 to start roasting. They became Birmingham's first specialty coffee roaster. The roastery uses a Stronghold S9X for filter beans and Giesen W30 for blends, sourcing grade 84+ coffees from direct farm relationships. They deliver locally using an electric van.
