Sommelier Beatriz and aircraft technician Daniel discovered specialty coffee in New Zealand. In 2019, they launched a mobile coffee bar from a 1972 Mercedes bus on Falkenberg beach. They bought a second-hand 15kg Giesen roaster in 2021 and moved to a converted factory building near the harbour in 2025. Placed 2nd at Nordic Best Roasters in 2025.
