Former BBC World Service journalist Devi Trianna opened in St James's Market in November 2024, six months before the award. Every bean is Indonesian: Sumatra Lintong, Mandheling, Old Brown Java, and Kerinci, sourced through Kindred Forest, with the Kerinci lots coming from women-managed processing. Kopi tubruk, the traditional unfiltered method, sits alongside espresso and filter.
