Juan Cely grew up on that farm near Medellin. A cup of coffee in Chiapas, on a family backpacking trip, led him and his wife Jayne to quit their jobs and start roasting in a garden workshop. The shop won Best Community Coffee Shop at the 2025 London Coffee Festival Awards.
In the blue-fronted shop on Central Parade, a hand-painted carnival mask mural covers the wall above the counter, and a wooden ledge with tractor-seat stools runs along the street window.
