Crystal Palace cafe run on cycling minimalism, exclusive Assembly house espresso.

Three Brixton Cycles Club members opened on Church Road in 2017: Tom Mason from finance, Ed Lochee-Bayne from teaching and consulting, and Ben Lain from hotel management. The name marks the point where Croydon, Bromley, Lambeth, and Southwark meet.

Assembly roasts an exclusive lot for the house espresso, called No Spro No Go, grown by Brazilian producer Mió. Another site followed at Norwood Junction station.

At this shop

An octagonal brick kiosk with a pyramid tiled roof stands on the forecourt outside Norwood Junction station, its curved wall carrying a mural of a figure pouring coffee into their mouth. There is no indoor seating, just a single wooden bench outside against the wall.
