Lucinda Kingsworth runs the cafe, after seven years at Gallery Cafe, serving Allpress coffee and a fully vegetarian menu, with pastries from Rinkoffs and cakes by Jackie Jaffer.
A Gothic arched window with stone tracery survives at the back of the room, a leftover from the building's time as a convent chapel before it became the gallery. At the front, a hatch opens onto a cobbled lane, where one bench table sits under a red paper parasol.
