They opened it in Holdrons Arcade on Rye Lane, with an entirely vegan menu and oat milk in the coffee.
The shop is a single narrow room behind a black glass shopfront, with tall RON'S letters filling the window and stacked kegs and pallet crates as seating just inside. A wooden counter runs along the room near the door.
