The arch housed the Arkstar pub until it closed in January 2023. Rua now rotates roasters for espresso and filter, with breakfast and lunch plates and weekend breakfast burritos.
Communal wooden tables run the length of the arch under a cream corrugated metal ceiling that follows the curve. A panelled reading nook at the back has built-in shelves of books, and benches stand on the pavement outside the glass front.
