Roc & Rye opened a craft coffee and cocktail bar inside a Grade II listed Manchester building.
The venue occupies a 1920s Alfred Waterhouse building at 60 Spring Gardens with art deco interiors. Espresso comes from Origin Coffee Roasters, with plans for premium filter offerings including rare varietals. The dual concept serves specialty coffee by day and cocktails by night.
