Marc Aguyé, Marco Paccagnella, and Marco De Rebotti founded Three Marks in 2018. Aguyé and De Rebotti previously worked at Nømad Coffee, where Paccagnella was a regular customer. They initially shared a roaster before acquiring their own Probat in September 2020.
The shop at Carrer d'Ausiàs Marc 151 in Fort Pienc has industrial design with high ceilings and huge windows. A separate roasting lab sits by the sea. Green coffee comes from Pedro Pablo at Agricafe.
