Saskia and Tom, who worked at Nomad Coffee in Barcelona and Origin in London, opened on the ground floor of the Rose Lipman Building in November 2021. Roasters rotate by theme, including Ineffable from Seville and Three Marks from Barcelona, and filter and batch brew lead the menu. They won the Brita Grounds of Innovation Award in 2023 and 2024.
The shop is one open room behind a glazed front on De Beauvoir Road, under a bare concrete ceiling with exposed conduit. A ribbed wood counter runs along the back with a red La Marzocco at one end. A bench stands out front.
