Ryan De Oliveira and Bosh McKeown opened the Fitzrovia site in 2013 and have since added a roastery and kitchen. Cafes now run in Clerkenwell, Mayfair, Bank and Victoria too.
The house espresso, Esmeralda, is a natural-process coffee from Alta Mogiana in Brazil, hand-roasted in small batches, with Kenyan and Ethiopian single origins on filter.
