Prue Freeman and Tom Onions founded the Daisy Green Collection in 2012, starting out with two vintage ice cream vans as members of the KERB street food collective. Four Beany Green cafes now trade, in Little Venice, Broadgate, Regent's Place and on the South Bank.
The Roasting Party roasts a custom blend for them, half Colombian with Brazilian and Guatemalan beans.
