Hong Kong techstyle platform Mills Fabrica opened the store in August 2021, in a Victorian warehouse restored by Barr Gazetas. Vertical farming units grow herbs for the kitchen, and Mouse Tail Coffee runs the cafe.
A cloud-shaped bar on castors stands mid-floor on a sage green and white resin floor. The retail and exhibition area opens off the same floor.
