Venezuelan musician's roastery in a WWII Nissen hut at Tate Britain.

Justo Tripier came to London in 2009 to study music. After about four years at Munsons, he opened on King's Cross Road in 2016 and began roasting in 2017, with beans from Ethiopia, Rwanda, and Uganda.

Cachapas, Venezuelan cornmeal pancakes, share the menu with the coffee. A Stevenage branch followed in December 2025.

At this shop

Red cord is strung taut across the ceiling at 121 King's Cross Road, radiating out like the sound waves in the logo, with every light hanging from a strand of it. The counter runs down one side of the narrow room in a dark basket-weave panel, facing a green banquette, with two tables outside on the pavement.
