Liam, a former bicycle mechanic at Fullcity Cycles, opened in the Truman Brewery with Stevie in 2017. They roast on site, and the signature Brick Lane Brazilian comes from women producers in Monte Carmelo.
The shop sits in the courtyard behind a white sash shopfront, with metal tables outside on the paving. Inside, one narrow room runs back to a counter, with sacks of green coffee stacked beside it.
