London roastery started in a garden shed, co-founder raised on Colombian farms.

Ricardo Rendon and Neil Coyle moved from the shed in Homerton to Queens Yard in Hackney Wick, where each small batch was roasted without automation and each bag stamped and dated by hand. Neil, a barista trainer, honed his roasting in Guatemala.

The roastery and café on Hornsey Road opened before Christmas 2020. A second espresso bar is at Hackney Bridge.

At this shop

The shop sits inside Hackney Bridge in Hackney Wick, behind red-framed glass doors in a corrugated-metal building. Inside, a turquoise-tiled counter runs the length of the unit.
