The Japanese typica comes from Nakayama Estate on Okinawa Island, where the Kishimoto family picks, processes and roasts it entirely by hand. The bars also pour Haiti's Savannah Zombie and St Helena coffee from Wrangham Estate.
Three London bars, in Mayfair, Knightsbridge and Marylebone, sit alongside branches in Kuwait, Abu Dhabi and Jordan.
