About

New Zealand jazz musician Nick Mabey and Australian brand strategist Michael Cleland launched at the 2015 London Coffee Festival as headline sponsors of the inaugural Coffee Masters. A Giesen WPG1 produces over 500 kilograms weekly, supplying 75 cafes across the UK and Europe through a partnership with Colombia's Red Association growers. Assembly is a sister brand to Volcano Coffee Works.

Past the retail shelves, a steel-framed glass partition opens onto the bar. Further back, the roasting room is lettered Torrefazione on exposed brick, with the roaster among sacks of green coffee.
