Eiichi Kunitomo opened the first shop in 2011 in an old tatami-mat house in Omotesando. It ran for five years, then the brand spread to Hong Kong, Singapore and Bangkok before London became its first European branch in December 2018. The house blend combines Brazilian, Colombian, Ugandan and Ethiopian coffees.
On Newman Street, a window counter looks toward the BT Tower. The bar sits inside a light ash cube frame, with a rack of glass test tubes holding coffee beans at one end.
