Two London bakery cafés serving own-brand coffee roasted by Dorset's Reads.

Ankur Wishart and Barry Hirst started Boxcar with a butcher and grill in 2017, then opened the Marylebone bakery and deli in 2018. Hyde Park followed in Connaught Village in October 2024. Pastries are baked in house each morning, from pain au chocolat to matcha croissants.
