Maxwell and Lesley Colonna-Dashwood opened the first shop in Bath in 2009 and brought it to Leather Lane in September 2023. One Mahlkönig EK43 grinds every espresso and filter coffee, and frozen limited editions are ground to order. The brand also launched Peak Water, an adjustable filter jug designed for coffee.
Full-height glazing at the front opens onto pavement seating, and a long blonde plywood counter runs along the left. A brick arch, left from the original building, opens onto a rear seating area with a wall banquette.
