Ed Barry opened the first café in Earl's Court in February 2017, naming it for his British father and New Zealand mother.
Assembly Coffee in Brixton roasts the house espresso, a washed Colombian from Risaralda. The group had seven London stores when it sold, and cafés now trade in Earl's Court, Kensington High Street and Wandsworth.
