The wholesale bakery supplied five-star hotels, restaurants, and delis before opening its first customer-facing shop in a London Fields railway arch. Loaves use 100% Wildfarmed flour from regenerative farms in the UK and France, and the menu includes a Mumbai toastie with masala potatoes, cheddar, and chutney.
A deck oven sits behind the pastry counter just inside the arch. Seating is in a covered courtyard at the rear, under a clear plastic roof.
