Venezuelan musician's roastery in a WWII Nissen hut at Tate Britain.

Justo Tripier came to London in 2009 to study music. After about four years at Munsons, he opened on King's Cross Road in 2016 and began roasting in 2017, with beans from Ethiopia, Rwanda, and Uganda.

Cachapas, Venezuelan cornmeal pancakes, share the menu with the coffee. A Stevenage branch followed in December 2025.

At this shop

The shop occupies a full-height glass-fronted unit on Torrens Street, its windows looking across a busy junction to a run of Victorian buildings opposite. Inside, the floor steps down from the entrance past fluted concrete columns to a curved wood-clad bar.
