Venezuelan musician's roastery in a WWII Nissen hut at Tate Britain.

Justo Tripier came to London in 2009 to study music. After about four years at Munsons, he opened on King's Cross Road in 2016 and began roasting in 2017, with beans from Ethiopia, Rwanda, and Uganda.

Cachapas, Venezuelan cornmeal pancakes, share the menu with the coffee. A Stevenage branch followed in December 2025.

At this shop

The shop is on Camden Passage, behind a charcoal shopfront under a carved DAVID SMITH fascia, with a lime-green stair beside the entrance and seats on the pavement. The counter is faced in black-and-white triangle tile. Tall sash windows at the back of the main room look onto trees, and a tan leather sofa stands behind a glass partition.
