Mat Russell and James Hennebry both worked at Caravan before opening on Queen Victoria Street in February 2018. They named the shop after the West Melbourne street where Hennebry first learned to make coffee.
Origin Coffee Roasters in Cornwall supplies the beans in reusable tins, saving 32,000 bags from landfill each year. Rosslyn won Europe's Best Independent Café in 2022.
