Leon Zadeh grew Saint Espresso from a single café into eight London cafés, from Angel and Baker Street to St Pauls and Tower Hill. Roasting moved in-house in 2019 at Here East on the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, in an open theatre where customers can watch.
