London cafe group roasting in-house under two-time UK Roasting Champion Diana Johnston.

Leon Zadeh grew Saint Espresso from a single café into eight London cafés, from Angel and Baker Street to St Pauls and Tower Hill. Roasting moved in-house in 2019 at Here East on the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, in an open theatre where customers can watch.

At this shop

The kiosk stands in Angel Central's plaza on Parkfield Street, a fully glazed ellipse beneath the shopping centre's steel wing sculpture, with green tables right at the door. Inside, a wood-slat counter wraps the back wall under the glass roof.
