Peyman and Rana Darban ran a Barbican coffee shop from 2004, then opened in St Katharine Docks in 2012. The flagship sits inside Ivory House, the only original warehouse still standing in the docks. Hay's Galleria and Marylebone Village followed.
Allpress espresso runs alongside a house blend called Sail On, sourced from Nicaragua, Colombia, and Sumatra. They were among the first London shops to serve cold brew.
